The article deals with the features of the application of the controlling system in innovative process regulation. Preconditions of the introduction of controlling system of innovative processes are investigated here. Some common elements in the organizational work to set up a controlling system at the successful enterprises are listed, typical problems of an enterprise as an object of controlling are specified. The model of the increase in the efficiency of control system functioning by means of controlling is proposed.
