Abstract
Emission spectra of a pulsed 3 THz quantum cascade laser have been studied. Laser generation on different resonator modes has been demonstrated. The mode composition restructuring has been carried out by varying the laser structure current. It has been shown that an increase in the laser temperature from 13 K to 100 does not result in the emission frequency change. At a temperature of 100K, the laser generation has been found to switch from 96 cm
