In order to create acceptable conditions for reducing overheads, increasing the productivity of the managerial staff, improving corporate enterprise management, one has to find the solutions to the problems of rationalizing a whole set of processes and technologies. One of the bottlenecks in this area is document workflow that is the backbone of the enterprise process management. The authors propose a model for reingeneering one of costly document workflow technologies related to the preparation of a draft procurement contract for repair and maintenance needs of an industrial enterprise of the railway industry.
