| This article describes the process of forming the national innovation policy in the Russian Federation, the main principles of its operation, the policies to stimulate small innovative business and some major problems facing it. The objective of this study is to examine the features of national and regional innovation policies and to identify the shortcomings of innovation policy in the sphere of small innovative business in order to find possible solutions to the existing problems. |
