| The paper discusses the issues of graduates’ employment in the labor market in the context of innovative development of the Russian economy. We give our assessment of the situation in the labor market of the Nizhni Novgorod region and of the structure of the labor force. An analysis of employment of graduates of higher education institutions of the region and of the Lobachevsky State University of Nizhni Novgorod is presented. |
