We consider the problem of forming the professional competence of Bachelor of Education graduates specializing in Computer Science. The definition and the structure of the above competence is given, the levels of professional competence and the requirements for each level are formulated. In conclusion, the paper describes a model of methodological system for forming the professional competence of Computer Science and ICT teachers as well as organizational and pedagogical conditions for the successful implementation of this model.
