Abstract
In March 2012, a VLBI (very-long-baseline interferometry) station on the basis of the parabolic antenna RT-2 and the NIRFI observation equipment at a frequency of 1.6 GHz was put into operation at the State University of Nizhni Novgorod (UNN). The main purpose of the station is to take part in VLBI observations on a wide range of scientific problems. The article presents the results of the first VLBI experiments in receiving signals from navigation satellites carried out at the UNN VLBI station.
