Abstract
The article studies the changes in the structure, chemical composition and surface properties of multi-walled carbon nanotubes in the course of their functionalization in the mixture of sulfuric and nitric acids. The dependence between the duration of the functionalization process and mass fractions of functional groups formed on the surface of nanotubes has been determined.
