| The article examines interaction between Russia and Belarus at the beginning of the post-Soviet period with the emphasis on causes and premises of the establishment of «special relations» in 1991–1994. The author considers developments in Belarus to prove the objective character of this phenomenon, which predetermined the course of the two states’ further integration. |
