| The author considers the methods of transformation of the text of memoirs (based on the example of A.T. Bolotov’s memoirs) in the work by Viktor Shklovsky, who was the most prominent representative of Russian Formalism. Both the scope of transformation and the means of transformation are defined in this research; it also contains the analysis of one of the key scenes of «The Short but Trustworthy Story about a Nobleman Bolotov» by V.B. Shklovsky — the description of Pugachev's rebellion. |
