| Each nation has its own names of food and drinks. These names can be of native origin or can be borrowed from other languages. Comparative analysis of the loanwords in the field of "food" in the Russian and Persian languages has ??enabled us to discover some similarities and differences that point to certain aspects of culture and cross-language communication. In this paper, we have studied 65 loanwords in Russian, their etymologies and their Persian equivalents, which were then divided into three groups. |
