The process of immune response formation is studied in the mathematical model of multi-component ensembles of na?ve and effector T-cells. We examine different strategies of peptide cleavage by immunoproteosomes and the changes in the infectious cell number dynamics depending on the model parameters and the strategy chosen. Physiological implications of the results obtained are discussed. |
