Abstract
A mathematical model for the operation of complex technical systems, transport networks, resource allocation systems is developed and studied. In the framework of this model, the optimal scheduling problems are stated for hierarchical systems containing active elements. The effective solution algorithms for such problems are suggested. The problem of input-output parameter coordination for a section of a gas transportation system with gas compressor units as active elements is considered as an example.
