Abstract
Novel ammonium salts of dithiophosphoric acid have been synthesized in the reaction of tetraphosphorus decasulfide with thymol followed by treatment with ammonia, ( R,S )-?-phenylethylamine, ( S )-(–)-?-phenylethylamine and ( R )-(+)-?-phenylethylamine. Ammonium salt of dithiophosphonic acid has been obtained in the reaction of 2,4-bis(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-1,3,2,4-dithiadiphosphetane-2,4-disulfide with thymol followed by treatment with ammonia.
