| The paper presents the results of a statistical study of adverbs in hagiographical texts and chronicles of the 12th–16th centuries. Based on these results, it can be argued that the ancient and old Russian texts of different genres are characterized by varying dynamics of usage of adverbs belonging to different semantic categories and different morphological types. |
