Non-steady motions of a two-spherical tippe-top on a horizontal plane with dry friction are considered. The analytical investigation of non-steady motions was provided by the method of generalized Smale bifurcation diagrams. Numerical analysis of such motions was done by integration of regularized dynamic equation (the elasticity of the support plane is assumed). Some pseudo-steady motions were found with nearly vanishing sliding velocity. Their properties as a function of elastic properties of the plane were investigated
