A control problem for the case when a set of admissible values of a parameter is unknown is considered. For a control choice, the criterion of maximum robustness is suggested. Namely, for any admissible control, the set of the values of the parameter, named a robustness set, is constructed. For any control belonging to this set the constraints imposed on a trajectory of the system are to be held. The robustness set characterizes control and is maximized (in certain sense) on a set of admissible controls. The control of a mass point as an example is given.
