Cinematically excited transverse oscillations of multi-span beams with attached concentrated masses are analyzed, taking into account the inertia of rotation. The mathematical model of oscillations is presented, which is based on three systems of differential equations. The first system describes the vibration of the continual parts of the beam, and the second and the third ones describe linear and angular displacements of the discrete concentrated masses. The vector-function of the displacements during the harmonic disturbances of the supports is determined. The effect of a phase shift of harmonic perturbation of the same oscillations frequency is studied
