The problem of propagation of longitudinal momentum in a straight pipeline, located in the finely divided water-saturated soil, is analyzed. A model of four-part interaction is proposed, which depends on the relative movement of the pipeline and the ground, velocity, and their gradients; and containing four of the interaction parameters, which are connected by two conditions: a necessary condition for solving the problem in the form of a damped wave, and the correlation ratio. Also an experimental scheme to determine the stickiness at a constant speed of pulling of a cylindrical rod, which is located in water-saturated soil, and formulas for calculating the interaction parameters in the two-part cinematic model is given.
