| The consistent problem of small transverse-longitudinal vibrations of a string and the bead motion along the string is considered in the second-order approximation. The question of the momentum of waves excited in the string and its interaction with the bead is discussed. This task is an example of the general variational problem of the dynamics of a one-dimensional continuous system with moving limiters and loads. |
