The stability problem of the tower of a wind turbine with horizontal axes is considered for the conditions of a changing angular velocity of the wind wheel. An inverted pendulum with the elastic base is taken as a mathematical model of the tower. The air flow is assumed to be quasi-stationary. The regimes of the velocity changing of the wind wheel which lead to the increasing oscillations of the tower are determined. Computer simulation results are presented. |
