The paper presents the results of the investigations of micromechanical characteristics (coefficient of elasticity and microhardness) of sylvinite, halite and carnallite particular grains and grain boundaries performed on the NanoTest-600. Probabilistic characteristics of the sylvinite surface microrelief are estimated on the basis of surface profile alterations by finding Hurst parameters for particular segments of experimental data series. These results can be used for developing deformation models and breakout patterns of salt rock mineral aggregate
