Abstract
The paper presents methods of analysis of activity signals generated in cultured neuronal networks and registered by multichannel electrophysiological probes. The methods use activation patterns and correlation multigraphs which make it possible to assess the functional state of neuronal networks. The developed computer model of the growth of neuronal network structures allows one to observe the network development on the basis of biophysical mechanisms of neurite elongation and branching.
