| We consider some problems of implementing innovation projects at large industrial enterprises of the defense complex. The role of administrative structures of different hierarchical levels is assessed in solving the issues related to the processes of innovation, modernization and diversification. A list of problems for each hierarchical level of management is given and the stages for solving them are identified. |
