| The experiments on the verification of Ritz’s ballistic theory of light have been examined. The ambiguity of their results has been shown and the ways to resolve it have been proposed. The Ritz effect of light frequency transformation has been considered and its consequences have been compared with astronomical observational data and laboratory experiments. A setup scheme to verify the Ritz effect and smooth conversion of the laser pulse wavelength and duration is proposed. |
