Abstract
The article shows a possibility to apply the anodic oxidation of aluminum and its alloys to produce electroplated coatings with high adhesion, instead of the well-known zincate treatment with additional annealing. An optimum anodic oxidation regime is determined and anodic film parameters (thickness, porosity, roughness) are calculated. The stability of the films against dissolution in copper and nickel plating electrolytes is demonstrated.
