Abstract
The article presents the research results on spatio-temporal patterns of spontaneous bioelectrical activity in neural networks of dissociated mouse hippocampal cultures in vitro . The neural network functional activity dynamics in the form of the network bursting activity at different developmental stages of primary hippocampal cultures is shown using the multi-electrode array system MED64 (Alpha MED Sciences, Japan). The changes of such network bursting activity parameters as burst duration, interburst interval, number and frequency of spikes in a burst during network development in vitro were observed.
