One of the most important strategic objectives of domestic industry is a significant reduction in energy consumption. It requires the creation of the necessary infrastructure to implement a systematic policy of energy saving. Special attention is paid to the problem of reducing production costs through efficient energy consumption for technological needs, adaptation of enterprise economics to unpredictable changes in energy costs. The authors propose a conceptual business architecture based on the energy management standard ISO 50001, which allows the regime of energy savings for production to be institutionalized, thus creating a sustainable system of corporate energy management and providing conditions for continuous improvement of its elements. |
