Parametric excitation of oscillations occurring in an oscillatory system to a periodic change in one of the parameters that are widely used in generators of electromagnetic waves. At the same time there is a strengthening amplitude compared to the amplitude of periodic excitation caused the resonant effect. In this paper we show that two-frequency capacitance change RC-oscillator with delay under certain conditions lead to either a dual-frequency generation vibrational, and to the generation of chaotic oscillations. It also intensifies the oscillation amplitude.
