First detected the effect of nanoparticles ensemble formation on the surface of the binary semiconductor film (PbTe) under the action of continuous laser radiation. It is shown that the defect-deformation (DD) theory of the nanoparticles ensemble formation in the solid phase in a continuous laser irradiation describes well the experimental results, in particular, gives a bimodal distribution function of the nanoparticles size, corresponding experimentally obtained distribution function. |
