Abstract
In order to determine the true distribution of the acoustic field in the space is enough to know the field distribution (amplitude and phase) on the surface of the radiator, which can be founded by acoustic holography method. For accurate calculation of the true distribution of the field on the surface exact location coordinates of this surface are required. In this paper we present a method that allows to determine the position of the source surface relative to the surface measurements with the required accuracy. Method was verified on the numerical model and experimentally, using ultrasonic transducers of MHz range.
