This article considers some trends related to resource changes. We discuss natural, human, energy, geo- and biochemical resources in their relationship. The focus is on limited and non-renewable resources that become dependent on two trends: population growth and the growth of the middle class. It is concluded that radical innovation processes will occur not only in the field of engineering and technology, but also in the reappraisal of cultural values. |
