Abstract
A tandem of queueing systems servicing conflicting flows according to a cyclic algorithm is studied. The input flows are formed in a random environment. Demands are transferred between the systems with a random speed. The demands may turn to move in another flow. The necessary conditions for the existence of a stationary mode in the tandem are obtained. The stability of the queue of transferred demands is proved.
