| The article explains the need of revitalization of the Russian trade unions, aimed at bringing the wages to the cost of labor. Critical analysis is presented of the concept that an increase in wages leads to a decrease in employment. A model of the influence of involvement in union activities on the dynamics of wages is proposed. |
