| \This paper discusses the problems of proving the wrongfulness in disputes over illegal use of a trademark. We consider the recommendations of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation and some case material of arbitration courts of the Russian Federation subjects on this issue. Particular attention is focused on proving the wrongfulness in the actions to suppress the illicit use of a trademark in the Internet. |
