| The article discusses the role of the EU in the settlement of the ethnic conflict in Macedonia in 2001. We examine the impact of the EU's policies on the course of the pre-conflict period in its open phase, and the EU's role in mediation efforts that led to the conclusion of the Ohrid Framework Agreement and in post-conflict world order. |
