The authors consider some issues concerning the anthropological school of criminal law and criminology that so far have not been adequately covered in Russian legal literature. The biosociological nature of the positivist doctrine of crime is revealed and the role of this doctrine in the formation and development of sociological and legal areas of criminal theory is established. |
