| This article considers some problems of investigation of crimes in the sphere of production, processing and a turnover of aquatic biological resources. Some problems of detecting the evidence of these crimes and peculiarities of proof in this category of criminal cases are examined. The author gives some recommendations in relation to possible tactical situations at an initial stage of investigation of such crimes. |
