| This article considers some issues of regulation of criminal legal relations with participation of the intermediary (mediator) widely used in foreign countries. The possibilities of application of mediation in the Russian criminal law and criminal procedure are examined. Restrictive features of mediation in the conciliatory procedure with the victim (Art. 76 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation) are determined. |
