| The paper investigates some changes in civil law since the adoption of the law No. 302-FZ (30.12.2012). A legal analysis is provided of the existing articles of the law about reparation of damages caused by the illegal actions of public authorities and new articles of the law about compensating for losses of the lawful actions of public authorities. Based on this study, the author identifies the existing theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation concerning the compensation for losses of the lawful actions of public authorities and makes the main conclusions. |
