| The article examines the legal principles underlying legislative changes to the Law "On Agricultural Land Transactions" made by the Federal Law of December 29, 2010 № 435-FZ. Consideration is given to significant changes in the definition of unclaimed land shares and the new order of their allotment. The author assesses positively the innovations regarding pre-emptive rights given to agricultural organizations and farmers to buy unclaimed land shares for an affordable fixed price after their transfer to municipal property. |
