Wavelet spectra of solar ultraviolet radiation before proton flares are studied and a comparison is carried out of the preflare behavior of long-period solar UV radiation spectral components and the H component of the geomagnetic field. Long-period (30–60 minutes) pulsations of the H component of the geomagnetic field according to ground-based measurements have been found to be in compliance with those of solar UV radiation spectral components 3–1 days before a proton flare. |
