Abstract
The models of strong shock waves propagation in bubbly media and high-speed flows in a boiling liquid under depressurization of high pressure tubes are developed. A wide-range state equation of water and steam was used to describe thermodynamic properties of bubbly media which, derived based on the experimental data on shock and isothermal compressibility in a wide range of pressures and temperatures. The comparison of calculation results with experimental data was made.
