Irregular reflection of weak shock waves under the von Neumann paradox conditions is studied numerically, using Euler and Navier?Stokes equations. In the inviscid case, the existence of a local supersonic region behind the reflected shock wave in the vicinity of the triple point is confirmed by shock-capturing computations.
