A porous medium saturated with a liquid with gas bubbles is considered. On the basis of assumptions of mechanics of multiphase medium the mathematical model is developed. Comparison of numerical and experimental results is done and the scope of applicability of the mathematical model is assessed. The influence of a gas phase on distribution of weak acoustic indignations in the porous medium is investigated, in particular for the velocity and attenuation of a S-wave. Dependences for asymptotic values of phase velocity of waves are obtained. Predomination regins of the viscous attenuation caused by radial movement of a liquid in the porous medium are defined. The effect of thermal irreversibility of a gas phase on the velocity and attenuation of waves of the first and second kinds is qualitatively analyzed.
