Results of calculation of bifurcation points of co-dimensions 1, 2, 3 in the Couette flow between concentric co-rotational cylinders are presented. In the near vicinity of these points, one can investigate analytically the sequence of bifurcations leading to chaotic regimes. The form of neutral curves of co-dimension-1 changes for high angular velocities of the cylinders, and various intersections of 2 and 3 neutral curves (bifurcation points of co-dimensions 2 and 3) appear. |
