Abstract
A method of determining surface tension coefficient and contact angle is described. This method based on finding the equilibrium shape form of a liquid drop placed on a horizontal wall. Only two geometrical parameters are required as initial data: the drop height and the radius of the contact area, which are readily determined from drop images.
