| The plane problem about a central vertical impact of a thin rigid plate located in the median plane of a layer of an incompressible liquid is considered. At the moment of the impact, liquid separates from the back part of the plate. Application of a method of integrated transformations has led the problem to the solution of the integrated equation of the first kind. The method of small parameter and a method of orthogonal polynomials have been applied to the analysis of this equation. |
