A percolation simulation of the flow of Newtonian fluids in porous media has been carried out. Flow analysis at the micro- level has yielded a macroscopic filtration law as well as the critical values of pressure gradients that define the limits of the applicability of Darcy's law. The influence of medium parameters on the value of the critical gradients has been investigated. It was proved that at high pressure gradients Darcy's law works well in low-permeable reservoirs and it doesn't work at all over the range of gradients in high-permeable reservoirs. For low gradients the linear filtration law holds only for low-permeable rocks.
