A contact interaction of a layered shell supported by a hollow elastic cylinder, with infinite rigid logement possessing an elastic plate, is analyzed as a plane problem. The logement radius and the shell one are different but have quite close values. The shell is rigidly fastened to the cylinder along the internal surface. The behavior of the shell is described by the equations the theory of layered shells while the cylinder is described by the equations of the elasticity theory. A plate is simulated by the Winclair foundation.
